Bill brings eighteen years of agricultural leadership experience foremost in his role as president and founder of Pacific Ag. Since its start-up phase when Bill was in college, Pacific Ag has become the largest agricultural residue and animal forage harvesting company in the country. Bill pioneered a novel supply chain management and harvest company business model that includes a 2x level improvement in equipment utilization. Bill’s accomplishments are reflected in his invitation to witness the 25,000th large square baler to roll off the assembly line at the AGCO/Hesston baler facility in 2013. Bill also successfully negotiated the merger of American Onion and Rivergate Farms to form River Point Farms, the nation’s largest onion grower and processor. Bill served as River Point’s first COO and continues to serve on its board of directors. Bill earned an MS at Washington State University in agribusiness and a BS from Oregon State University in agricultural economics.
