Follows best practices and instructions for safety and productivity performing any one of several harvest or material handling activities in the field. Training provided, experience preferred but not required. There are opportunities for advancement
Performs grower relations and harvest logistics, helping meet growth and quality goals for our growers and for our supply customers.
Harvest Crew Supervisor
Many of our supervisors are promoted from our operator staff, but we occasionally hire supervisors who bring harvesting and equipment experience.
Production Ag Mechanic
Provides fleet R&M, preventatively as well as responsively during harvest. Works closely with manufacturers’ training and maintenance programs.
Responsible for operating the truck safely and according to all DOT regulations while communicating with the dispatcher and loader operator in order to accomplish safe and timely loading and deliveries. Hauls bales and equipment.
Various administrative/office positions become available on an occasional basis.
